She graduated from Milton College in 1933. In 1934 she married Rev Albert Nash Rogers and began her vocation as a pastor, educator, and historian&#8217;s wife. She served in these capacities in various locations Waterford, CT, New York City,\u00a0 Alfred Station, Alfred, NY, Denver CO, and Plainfield, NJ.<\/p>\n<p>Jeanette served the denomination on various boards, agencies, and committees particularly on the American Sabbath Tract Society. She also was a helper of the Sabbath Recorder Editor many times.She was an excellent hostess and did many things behind the scenes that are unrecorded.<\/p>\n<p>She also gave her talents to many ecumenical groups including service as the vice-president of Church Women United.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Jeanette Loofboro Rogers served in many stations throughout her life.
